Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Customers may request a full refund up to 7 days (168 hours) before the event’s scheduled start time. Refund requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund, please submit a written request via email to 4wcircle@gmail.com or through our online refund request form available at www.4wcircle.com.  Include your full name, contact information, and ticket details in the request.
  • Refund Processing Time: Upon receipt of a valid refund request, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event that the event is canceled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will be notified promptly. Customers will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their tickets to the rescheduled date.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be provided for requests made after the 7-day window, for changes of mind, or if the ticket holder is unable to attend due to personal circumstances.
  • Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact us at 4wcircle@gmail.com  with the new attendee’s details at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Processing Fees: Any processing fees or service charges associated with ticket purchase are non-refundable.
