4W is a wellness platform for women in Nigeria. We host activity-based sessions in partnership with local businesses and organisations to create space for personal growth and connection.
This is not just self-care. It’s community care.
We focus on:
4W was born from the intersection of three passions of mine: women’s wellness, creative exploration, and supporting small businesses. It’s the kind of space I personally needed, and I knew I wasn’t alone.
As a woman, I’ve found myself craving a softer, more intentional life. One where I take time for myself, nurture my mind and body, and reconnect with my feminine energy, not in isolation, but surrounded by a community of women with the same goal. That’s the wellness I believe in, the kind that fills your cup and reminds you that rest, joy, and self-prioritization are essentials.
I deeply enjoy trying new things, especially with people I love, so I’ve always been drawn to workshops that are fun, hands-on, and a little whimsical. I wanted to create a space where women could show up as they are, try something new once in a while, and walk away feeling lighter, more inspired, and creatively fulfilled.
Lastly, my heart has always been with small businesses. I’m constantly amazed by the passion, grit, and heart that goes into building something from the ground up. With 4W, I saw a chance to shine a light on these incredible local brands by collaborating with them to host or provide their services at our creative sessions.
So here we are — 4W: Women, Wellness, Wisdom & Worth — a circle of connection, creativity, and community. My hope is that every woman who walks into one of our workshops feels seen, celebrated, and reconnected — not just to others, but to herself.
Our workshops are where 4W comes alive. Each session is built around learning, creativity, conversation and connection.
Our blog is where we share what’s on our minds. You’ll find wellness tips you can use today, honest stories from women like you. It’s real talk, useful info, and a space to feel seen. If you would like to write an article please send us an email to do so!
